We will be opening as a take out/Delivery restaurant very soon. Eventually we will open fully for sit down

inside, with a nice bar option....but for now, we are working on the takeout and delivery model. Stay tuned for

more updates. Stay safe and sane during this trying time...and we hope to see you soon on our patio or deck.

As caterers and cottage food producers, our business grew quickly with the public and our customers loving our

take on Santa Maria Style BBQ...2.0. This is close to our hearts as we believe the tradition of SM STYLE BBQ

is a cherished and important part of our roots here on the central coast.

This is just a taste of our restaurant menu. Once we open our doors, we will post the entire menu for take

out orders.

Many of our dishes are seasoned with our Filthy Dust or doused with our fabulous Phillbilly Sauce. Our

Traditional Santa Maria Style cooking uses what we've always you can be sure you will find your

favorite flavors here too.

The Filthy Filly Red Eye Beer mix, our FF Habanero Mustard and all of our salsas are a must try!

We will be serving many of the traditional dishes, and we haven't forgotten about the lighter side of things

either....but it's the specialties that will keep you coming back! Here are just a few!

The Parkwood Biscuits and gravy - chunky sausage gravy, with a tasty cat head biscuit

The Avalanche-Chorizo and raspberry waffle sandwich - Savory three cheese stuffed waffle with grilled

chorizo, spinach and bell pepper. Topped with a fried egg, avocado, sliced white cheddar and green

onion....served with our house raspberry sauce

The Biscayne - Scottish Lavender and Lemon Pancakes, sweeter and fluffier than other pancakes served with

our house breakfast sausage

The Caprice - tritip hash made with sweet potatoes, caramelized bacon, sauteed spinach, a fried egg and the

Filly's special Hollandaise sauce... served with toast or biscuits

The Apache Twisted french toast - french toast stuffed with blueberry and maple marscipone, bacon, sausage

and a fried egg

The LUV - Best Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich - Toasted everything bagel spread with cream cheese, topped

with smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, pickled red onion, asparagus and fresh dill

The Beauville - Build your own omelette. Two or three eggs, Choice of cheese, meat and vegetables. Served

with our breakfast potatoes or berries and honey

The Delray - Vegan Breakfast Sandwich - Toasted english muffin, vegan breakfast sausage patty, sauteed kale

and pepitas, avocado and our special smokey paprika jalapeno sauce

The Opala - (Vegan-Vegetarian)Toasted sourdough bread, topped with white bean garlic hummus, grilled

asparagus, onion and tomato, drizzled with a blueberry balsamic

As with breakfast you'll find great traditional version of sandwiches, burgers and salads for lunch, but our

The Impala Sando -

Linguica, pork sausage, mozzarella, onion, bellpepper, mushroom and chopped pineapple.

The Vega - Sonoran Hotdog Taco

All beef hotdog wrapped in bacon and grilled, plated on two flour tortillas filled with aioli, topped with pinto

beans, grilled onion, pico de gallo, more aioli and our very special Sonoran salsa.

The Camero Tri-tip sandwich -

Red oak smoked tri-tip on on a grilled garlic and butter french roll , topped with our Filthy Filly Strawberry can always go traditional with our Santa Maria Style our steak salsa.

The Malibu Burger -

House ground meat, grilled over red oak, topped with sharp cheddar, grilled pineapple slices, grilled red onion

and topped with the Filly’s raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce on a large potato bun

The C/K - Phillbilly House Burger - 1/2 lb Angus burger on two thick pieces of grilled and buttered white bread,

lettuce, tomato, cheese and pickle -add bacon, onion or avacado.

The Blazer Tequila Grilled Chicken burger -

House ground chicken patty with Filthy seasoning, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, tequila, lime juice and soy sauce..

topped with melted pepper jack, grilled onions and bell pepper.

The Nash Chicken Salad sandwich on croissant -

white and dark meat, mixed with house garlic aioli, filthy dust, celery, onion, pink apple, hazelnuts , grapes,

cucumber and bacon on butter lettuce and a juicy slice of tomato

The Suburban Donut burger - Angus beef patty, fried green tomatoes, cheddar cheese, raspberry bacon jam,

melted sharp cheddar on a glazed donut

The Chevelle Grits and Shrimp -

BBQ'd shrimp and Louisiana sausage in a smoky/sweet sauce poured over some cream cheese and bacon grits.

The Mako Grilled Shrimp burger- Whole grilled shrimp, chopped and mixed with garlic, basil, shallots,

cilantro and our filthy dust, topped with white cheddar, sriracha aoili and house made wakame salad

The Stingray California Lobster roll (Taco) -

Deep fried lobster, melted jack cheese,sriracha aioli, green onions, Bacon, on a deep fried corn taco shell with avocado on top. OMG!

The Corvair - BAT -

Grilled sourdough, fried green tomatoes, thick cut applewood smoked bacon, creme friache, arugala and cheese.

The Greenbrier - Whole wheat bread topped with slices of Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouts, avocado and our

own White Bean Garlic Hummus served with fresh berries w/honey.

The Yeoman - Chipotle Jack fruit Tacos - corn tortillas topped with sauteed jack fruit, onion, potatoes, garlic and

tomatoes in chipotle abado sauce, topped with shredded lettuce and avocado.

Monza Fries -

Thick cut potato wedges, deep fried, topped with pork chorizo, queso and mozzarella cheese, grilled onion.

The Denali Steak Platter (family platter) - BBQ’d T-bone, tenderloin and sirloin steak, basted in butter and

garlic, cut up and plated on a wood slab served over a cheesy green chile Polenta, with grilled onions cut in half

topped with pesto, grilled green and red bell peppers, grilled asparagus and grilled mushrooms, beans and choice

of potato. Butter and garlic for dipping.

The Nova - chicken fried steak - Colorado Green Chili, deep fried chicken in a potato chip and beer batter,

smothered in green chili and topped with cheddar cheese served with our Portuguese rice and roasted vegetables

The Custom Deluxe -Chocolate bourbon bacon burger - Special filthy filthy dust on a ground 1/2 pound beef

patty, doused in bourbon, drizzled with honey and filthy seasoning, caramelized chocolate and maple bacon,

topped with deep fried onion, white cheddar cheese melted on top... Served with the filthy maple bacon aioli .

The Bel Air- Grilled margarita shrimp tacos - Large shrimp grilled on our open pit basted in a sweet and tangy

margarita sauce, corn tortilla, with a Napa sweet corn slaw and cotija cheese. Served with our Portuguese rice

and fresh berries w/honey

The El Camino - red oak smoked tri-tip stuffed onion - whole onion cut in half, caramelized in bourbon, hallowed

out, stuffed with bbq'd tri tip, pepper jack cheese, served with a grilled slice of chipoltle honey watermelon

Our Filthy Ratatouille - a hearty and healthy vegetable dish made with eggplant, zucchini, onion, bell pepper,

garlic, cooked in olive oil, basted in a sweet tomato base, rosemary and fresh thyme...stewed low and slow to

perfection. Great Vegan or Vegetarian option!

The Chevette- A grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, served with our Portuguese rice and grilled


The Kodiak- Build your Own 1/2 pound Angus beef burger. . Grilled and buttered ciabatta bun and your choice

of swiss, american, cheddar or pepper jack cheese. Lettuce, tomato, onion (grilled or fresh), jalapeno, pickles,

bacon, avocado, fried egg.

The Trailblazer - Grilled vegatable sandwich made with potato bread, stacked with lettuce, dill Havarti cheese,

grilled mushrooms and eggplant, marinated tomatoes, zucchini, radishes and pickled onions, topped with our

pickle relish aioli. Served with our Portuguese rice and fresh berries w/honey

The Montatana - Steel head trout, cooked on our red oak open pit, served with our Portuguese rice and grilled

The Superior - Smoked bourbon and chocolate mousse. Rich, decadent smoked chocolate mouse with bourbon,

On The Casual Side

Traditional Santa Maria Style Tri-tip sandwich~Or try it with the Filthy Filly twist. If you love

Santa Maria style salsa...try our specialty salsa on the sandwich and you'll never go back to

traditional....Filthy Filly Strawberry Salsa brings out the best of the red oak smoked meat. We do a

Linguica and/or Pork Pineapple Sausage Sando. It may sound different, but it's sooo good! These Sando's

can be ordered to Include the toppings below and it'll blow your mind!

We also do the Filthy Pork Burger, seasoned with our special Chorizo seasoning, topped with Jack

Cheese, our own peach salsa and our guacamole, piled high on a toasted bun. So good!
